About Madeline
Madeline Concepcion is the Chief Operating Officer of Biorn Group Cyber. She brings more than 12 years of operations experience, including oversight of multi-million-dollar contracts in the oil and gas industry, and entered the CMMC compliance space in 2023.
At Biorn, Madeline helps make complex processes feel manageable for clients and the internal team. She supports the operational backbone of the business, including human resources, hiring, onboarding, policy development, quoting, accounts receivable, project oversight, and client communication.
Her work helps keep engagements organized, responsive, and aligned so clients know what is happening, what is needed, and what comes next.

Her team jokes that she is the “business mom” of Biorn Group Cyber, a role she embraces because it reflects the care, accountability, and structure she brings to the organization.
